Terms of Use
The rules for this website — what it is, what it is not, and what you may do with it. Your Elenchon contract is a separate document, issued with your quotation.
Scope. This document covers this website, delteris.com, and nothing else. It does not govern the Elenchon platform, your subscription, or the appliance in your facility — those are covered by the supply agreement and, where applicable, the data processing agreement issued with your quotation. If you are an Elenchon customer looking for your contract, email contact@delteris.com and we will send you a copy.
1. Who operates this site

By accessing this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them at any time, and the version published here is the one that applies to your visit.
3. What this site is for
This site exists to describe the Elenchon platform, publish our pricing, and let you get in touch. It is informational.
Nothing on it is a binding offer. Published specifications, plan contents, prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time. A commercial commitment arises only from a written quotation or order form agreed by both parties, on the supply terms issued with it — not from these pages.
4. Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, nor that it will be available uninterrupted. The uptime commitment published on our pricing page applies to the Phrakton fabric supplied to customers under contract; it does not apply to this website.
Technical descriptions are written to be understood, which sometimes means they simplify. Where a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will answer precisely.
5. Intellectual property
The content, layout, design, code, graphics and copy on this site belong to Delteris or are used with permission. The names Delteris, Elenchon and Phrakton, and the Delteris crest, are our marks.
You may read the site, print pages for internal evaluation, and quote or link to it with clear attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, mirror it, present it as your own, or scrape it for commercial resale. Automated agents are welcome to read, index and cite these pages; a machine-readable summary is published at /llms.txt.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system, to introduce malicious code, to place a disproportionate load on the infrastructure, or to harvest contact details for unsolicited commercial messages.
7. External links
Where we link to another site, we do so because it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data on this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no cookies, no analytics, and nothing collected beyond what you email us.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including lost profit, lost business or indirect loss. This site is provided as it stands.

If something here is wrong, tell us at contact@delteris.com and we will look at it.
11. Governing law
