Every Elenchon appliance is delivered, installed, and configured on-site by our own engineers. That hands-on standard is why deployments per quarter are deliberately limited.

Scoping Session
A focused on-site visit from our team to map your project structures, compliance requirements, and floor workflows — and confirm Elenchon fits your operation. It takes as long as the work needs, typically about half a day. Standard includes this as a separate trip; Lite folds straight to installation, which is why it costs less.
Your Templates, Made Elastic
While we scope your setup, we adapt the paperwork you already use into elastic templates and build them into your deployment — so the app arrives already producing your forms, in your format. Fully classified and used only for you.
On-Site Installation
Our team delivers and configures the hardware-secured server appliance directly at your facility. A formal agreement guarantees absolute legal and industrial data confidentiality.
Onboarding & Go-Live
We set the app up with you — configuring roles alongside your managers, tailoring it to how your floor works, and training your personnel — so your team is productive from day one. Production continues uninterrupted throughout.
Zero Lock-In Risk
Your data lives on your hardware from day one. Cancel at any time and retain view-only access to all historical records for audits on the app — no hostage data, ever. You also retain access to the database and backups to use them at your own will.
Full Attention, Not Volume
Every deployment is run on-site by our own engineers, start to finish — we're based in Portugal and travel to install. We cap the number per quarter to hold that standard, so the limit reflects capacity, not demand. Contact us early to reserve a slot for the quarter that suits you.
