# Delteris / Elenchon

Elenchon is on-premise welding traceability software for fabrication shops and heavy industry. It runs the full WPS/PQR/WPQ qualification workflow, automates ISO and ASME IX compliance ledgers, captures shop-floor data in seconds, and keeps every weld record on the client's own hardware via Phrakton — Delteris's zero-trust network overlay built on OpenZiti and secured with post-quantum cryptography.

## Pricing (EUR, per appliance, per month, excl. VAT)
- Lite: €390/month, 20 workers included. The full traceability core — work capture, project tree and flowchart, BOM import, WPS/PQR/WPQ workflow, ISO & ASME IX ledgers, preset roles, Phrakton networking, local backups, founder support by email. Expandable by up to two 10-worker blocks, to a 40-worker ceiling.
- Standard: €790/month, 50 workers included (under €1,000/month including Portuguese VAT). Everything in Lite plus the full platform (all six pillars), floor asset and consumable control, global custom roles, a pre-deployment on-site scoping session, on-site training run as two 3-hour blocks, unlimited worker expansion blocks, and direct founder support.

- Add-ons: Remote Access Module €200/month (incl. 100 GB); Additional Workers €9/month per seat, sold in blocks of 10 (€90/month per block), each block including 20 GB of recurring remote bandwidth free; Remote Bandwidth €25 per 100 GB. Included blocks (20 on Lite, 50 on Standard) are covered by the base rate; per-seat pricing applies only beyond the included count.
- Plan changes: upgrades, downgrades and add-ons are applied remotely over the Phrakton fabric at no charge. Give at least 15 days' notice. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
- One-time: Lite Deployment & Training package €1,100 (installation plus one training session of two 2-hour blocks, no pre-deployment scoping visit); Standard Deployment & Training €1,700 all in (€850 deployment + €850 floor training, training run as two 3-hour blocks); Server Appliance ~€300–400 at cost; On-Site Commute Fee €150/visit.
- Professional services: Extra Training Session €500 (half day of two 2-hour blocks, or full day of two 3-hour blocks); Network Consulting €500 half day / €850 full day; PQS (post-quantum security) Consulting €500 half day / €850 full day.
- Uptime: 99.9% monthly commitment on the Phrakton fabric, with automatic invoice credits when missed — 10% for 99.0–99.8%, 25% for 97.0–99.0%, 50% for 90.0–97.0%, and 100% (the month is free) below 89.9%.
- No per-audit fees, no lock-in — customers who cancel keep permanent view-only access to historical data for audits.

## Deployment
Three steps: scoping session with the founders, on-site installation of the hardware appliance, then onboarding and go-live. Deployment slots per quarter are limited because every appliance is installed on-site by Delteris engineers. Lite deployments skip the pre-deployment scoping visit and include a single training session of two 2-hour blocks; Standard training runs as two 3-hour blocks.
