Industrial software should not come with a mystery invoice. Every plan, add-on, setup fee and service credit on this page is the real number, published in plain euros — so your finance team can model total cost of ownership before you ever contact us.
Two Plans Available Today. One on the Way.
Every Elenchon plan is a fully on-premise appliance installed on-site by our own engineers — no cloud tier, no watered-down edition. Lite is the same platform on a smaller floor, not a crippled one.
Just looking to organize your WPS documents in the cloud? That's a separate, simpler product — see Elenchon WPS Manager pricing → (€80/mo, or €60/mo billed annually).

| Qualifications & Procedures | |||
| End-to-end WPS / WPQR / WPQ workflowAuthor a preliminary WPS in the app, capture real WPQR parameters on the floor, import them back, adjust ranges, and export a finalised WPS into your own template. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Qualification engine (welder & non-welder)Deep tracking for every credential, with automatic 6-month continuity logged from real floor entries and in-app warnings before expiry — no spreadsheet of expiry dates. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Live WPQR capture on the floorWeld a coupon against a pWPS in the workflow app and capture the achieved WPQR parameters pass by pass, reflected in management instantly. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Traceability & Document Control | |||
| Fast heat propagationHeat numbers captured, linked to their parent MTRs and propagated down the project tree, so material identity follows the part — traceable in both directions without database bloat. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Versioned as capturedEvery document, parameter and consumable is versioned the moment it's captured. Corrections are versioned too and stay visible to managers — a clean history, no administrative bottleneck. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Tamper-evident activity logWeighty management-console actions — creating, editing, archiving, restoring or permanently deleting a project, and scrapping a capture — are written to a hash-chained log with a built-in verify step, giving cryptographic evidence those records weren't altered after the fact. Routine floor entries are not logged here. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| One-click document generatorPull captured node data straight into your own company paperwork templates for immediate printing, reusable across one project or the whole organisation. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Project Structure & Views | |||
| One-paste BOM importCopy a BOM straight out of Tekla or most CAD packages into an Excel-like grid; columns are auto-detected and mapped, and the mapping is adjustable by hand so unrecognised formats still go in. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Tree & Flowchart authoringEvery project is editable as a Tree or a Flowchart, toggled with one click; edits in one view appear instantly in the other, with no import, export or conversion step. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Joint types & joining sequenceDefine the joints an assembly is formed from and the order they're joined in, with connector work steps carried through to the floor. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Repeatable batches & bulk instantiationDefine an assembly once and deploy identical copies in quantity — welds defined once apply to every copy — with a preview before you commit. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Live project editing, protectedAdd new nodes or delete empty ones on an in-progress project; any node that already holds captured work is automatically locked. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Work Capture on the Floor | |||
| 10-second floor captureTouch-and-PIN sign-in and a streamlined mobile UI get a worker to the right step and inputting data in ten seconds or less. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Instant QR navigationScan a QR code on the traveller or component to load the exact project node for data entry immediately. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Universal work templatesDefine custom work types — fit-up, cutting, assembly — save them organisation-wide, and capture any floor activity, welding or not, in one traceable structure. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Offline-first work captureStart and submit captures with zero connectivity; a durable on-device queue syncs in order on reconnect, and any conflicts surface in a manager-side resolve/scrap review. The offline document viewer stays on every plan. | ✕ | ✓ | — |
| Management & Access Control | |||
| Global custom rolesCreate fully custom roles and manage access top-down, eliminating project-by-project permission headaches. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Anti-bloat manager interfaceThe management app automatically hides any feature or data a user lacks permission to see, keeping every screen clean. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Role-sensitive notifications & health advisoriesAn in-app dashboard filters warnings — expirations, maintenance — strictly by role, and flags under-defined structure or WPS gaps before an auditor does. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Repair cycles & dispositionsRecord rework and repair loops on a joint, with accept / reject / scrap dispositions kept in the traceable history. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Equipment, Consumables & Maintenance | |||
| Universal machine trackingCertifications and maintenance schedules for any machine, not just welding gear, with attached documents and PIN-signed calibration plus automated renewal alerts. | ✕ | ✓ | — |
| Consumable batch trackingGranular batch inventory with storage and reheat rules, expiry and quarantine flags, and customizable low-stock alerts, traced through to the weld. | ✕ | ✓ | — |
| In-app maintenance hubFive priority levels, from routine to emergency, with critical tiers locked to authorised roles. Workers raise requests from the floor — offline too — while maintenance personnel run the whole workflow from management. | ✕ | ✓ | — |
| Data Sovereignty & Continuity | |||
| On-premise applianceRuns on a dedicated, containerised local server, fully insulated from forced OS updates and external cloud outages. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Phrakton zero-trust, post-quantum networkingEvery connection travels the Phrakton fabric; your facility opens no inbound ports and is unreachable from the public internet, while authorised personnel reach it normally. | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Automated local backupsCustomizable, frequent backups to isolated physical storage, downloadable on demand, for business continuity. | ✓ | ✓ | — |

Scale On Your Terms — Every Price Published
Add only what you need, when you need it. No bundles you’ll never use, no surprise line items at renewal.
Remote Access Module
Reach the management app or capture work from home, over mobile data, or in the field — through a post-quantum-safe encrypted tunnel. Includes free 100GB of Bandwidth.
How remote access is secured →10 Additional Workers
Grow your floor in clean blocks of ten — the same flat rate every time. Every block includes 20 GB of recurring remote bandwidth, free. Standard takes as many blocks as you need; Lite takes up to two, to a 40-worker ceiling.
Remote Bandwidth
Top up once or add a monthly recurring block for remote-access data whenever you need it. Pay for what you use, in transparent 100 GB increments — on top of whatever your plan and worker blocks already include.
Plan Changes
Upgrades, downgrades and capacity changes are applied remotely over the Phrakton fabric. Give us 15 days’ notice. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Installed by the People Who Built It
Transparent implementation costs. No hardware markups, no surprise integration fees.
Lite Deployment & Training
Deployment and training in one price, with transport to your site free within our national range. One on-site trip instead of two — Lite has no separate scoping visit — with training run as two 2-hour blocks. Priced below Standard accordingly.
See the deployment program →Standard Deployment & Training
€850 deployment plus €850 floor training, in one price, with transport to your site free within our national range. Includes a separate scoping visit (about half a day on-site), physical delivery, secure network integration, and full appliance configuration, plus operator and manager training run as two 3-hour blocks.
See the deployment program →Server Appliance
…or your hardware choice
Enterprise-grade refurbished hardware at exact purchase and delivery cost, zero markup. Brand-new hardware sourced to spec on the same terms — at cost, no markup.
How the appliance works →Data Migration (by request)
Most shops enter their own projects and WPS/WPQR library — the app is built for exactly that, and it's the path we recommend. For those who would rather arrive fully loaded, we take on bespoke data migration by selective request: your structure and procedure library keyed in before go-live, quoted to the volume. It sits outside a standard deployment and we accept it at our discretion — a considered extra for those who need it.
Ask about data migration →On-Site Commute Fee
A nominal transport fee for standalone on-site visits within our national range — extra training or hands-on support. Deployment transport is free nationally, so it's never added there. International and out-of-range sites don't get free deployment transport; they're quoted a single custom travel fee up front instead.
See the deployment program →Our Engineers, Booked by the Day
Extra training and specialist consulting, priced by the half day or full day. Same published rates, same people who built the platform — no partner network, no subcontractors.
Extra Training Session
Additional on-site training beyond your deployment package — for new hires, a second shift, or a new production cell. Half day is a single 3-hour session; full day is two 3-hour blocks, at a lower hourly rate.
Network and Security Consulting
Hands-on work on your industrial network with our CTO: segmentation and VLAN design, zero-trust rollout, firewall and network security, performance and reachability improvements, threat model documentation and assessment.
Post Quantum Safe Consulting
Post-quantum security assessment and migration planning and compliance: inventory of the cryptography you run today and vulnerability assessment, exposure to harvest-now-decrypt-later risk, and a staged path to post-quantum-safe transport across your facility.
Consulting and training days are quoted excluding VAT. Network and post-quantum security consulting stand on their own — no need to run Elenchon to book them. Travel is billed per the on-site commute fee above. Every engagement is accepted at our discretion and subject to available timeslots.
99.9% Uptime, or We Pay You Back
The Phrakton zero-trust fabric carries every connection to your appliance, so its availability is something we take seriously and put in writing. We run it ourselves, commit to 99.9% monthly uptime, and engineer for as close to 100% as the technology allows. On any month we fall short, the credit below is applied to your invoice automatically: no claim to file, no ticket to raise, no argument to have.
99.0% – 99.8%
97.0% – 99.0%
90.0% – 97.0%
Below 89.9%
Uptime is measured on the Phrakton fabric — controller and edge routers — by our own telemetry, across each calendar month. At or above 99.9%, the standard rate applies. Excludes your local internet uplink, pre-notified maintenance windows, and events outside our reasonable control. Credits apply to your next monthly invoice in full.
Pricing, Answered Before You Ask
The questions we get on every first call — answered here so you don’t have to make the call to get them.
When does billing start?
Not at deployment. Installation and training are the only charges up front; the monthly subscription begins after you're live. Your first monthly invoice lands on the 1st or the 15th — whichever falls furthest from your go-live date, so your first period is never short-changed. From there it's twelve invoices a year, one per calendar month. No 28-day cycles, no thirteenth invoice — the honest way to bill.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons are applied remotely over the Phrakton fabric — give us 15 days’ notice. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Can one appliance run multiple factories?
A full factory, no — each one gets its own appliance. The app manages a single facility; it isn't built to run multiple shops from one box, so each site gets its own, with its records isolated and separately backed up. Two facilities, two appliances. The one exception: a genuinely small satellite operation may, at our discretion, run remote off an existing appliance — tell us before deployment and we'll scope it. Project, seasonal or field work isn't a satellite operation and is covered by the Remote Access Module.
How large a floor does Lite cover?
Lite includes 20 workers and takes up to two expansion blocks of ten — a 40-worker ceiling. Past that you move to Standard, which includes 50 and expands without limit. Moving up is a remote plan change, not a re-installation.
What comes with a worker block?
€90 per month adds ten workers, and every block carries 20 GB of recurring remote bandwidth at no extra charge. If you need more than that, bandwidth is €25 per 100 GB.
Will we need to buy bandwidth?
Almost certainly not. The bandwidth included with the Remote Access Module and each worker block is sized for normal remote use — a floor working over the fabric day to day stays comfortably inside it. Extra bandwidth exists for genuine outliers, not the everyday case; unless you're moving remote data far beyond ordinary work, the included allowance is enough and you never touch a pack.
What does installation cost?
Standard is €1,700 all in — €850 deployment and €850 floor training, quoted as one line. Lite is a single €950 package covering both, lower for its one on-site trip versus two. Extra training sessions are €500. Hardware is passed through at cost — roughly €300–€400 — with zero markup.
See the deployment program →What if the fabric goes down?
The fabric is the access path to your appliance, so we treat its uptime as our responsibility and back it in writing. We commit to 99.9% monthly and engineer for as near 100% as possible; on any shortfall the credit is automatic — 10% below 99.9% uptime, 25% below 99%, 50% below 97%, and the full month free below 89.9%.
See the security architecture →What happens if we cancel?
There is no lock-in and no exit fee. The appliance is yours and the data never left it, so you keep view-only access to your historical records for audits.
How data sovereignty works →What You Won’t Find on Your Invoice
The industry standard is enterprise software with enterprise-grade opacity: per-audit charges, forced upgrade cycles, and quotes that only appear after three sales calls. We priced Elenchon the way finance actually wants to buy it.
- No per-audit or per-report fees
- No forced upgrade charges
- No cloud or usage surcharges
- No price gouging increases
- No lock-in — cancel anytime, keep view-only access for audits
- No opaque “enterprise” quote — the number is right here
Enterprise-grade software. Zero-trust, post-quantum security. Founder-direct support. At a price you can put in a budget line today.
Priced Fairly, Not Maximally
This industry has room to overcharge, and plenty of software takes it — pricing to the maximum a buyer will bear, then hiding the number behind a sales call. We don't think a healthy margin entitles us to that. We set our price at what we believe is fair for a complete platform, not the most we could squeeze out, and we publish it in full so you can hold us to it. A lean, well-run platform keeps our costs down, and we'd rather pass that discipline on than pad a quote. The result is a flat, predictable rate — and hardware passed through at cost, with no markup.
Ready When You Are
We run a deliberately limited number of deployments each quarter because our own engineers install every appliance on-site — the cap is set by the standard we hold, not by demand. Contact us to talk pricing for your floor and find the quarter that suits you.
Contact the founders — no sales layers, no call queues.
